Why Wine?
About twenty years ago I first started to acknowledge the fact that every bottle of wine has a story and there is a whole world behind the origin of all the different wines. Learning about the different wine regions in France and their grapes gave me more and more knowledge in this field. Right after the first trip to a wine producer in the south of France I instantly became a fanatic wine enthousiast. It did not take long to start a private collection of wines and plan the next trips to wine regions all over Europe and beyond.
Entrepreneur by blood, I have actually never looked at ways to make a living from wine or wine related things. It has always been linked to my personal life and therefor never part of my business life.
My love for wine pushed me to create this informative website to share my thoughts on several kinds of special bottles I have encountered over the years.
